Tess Annique Souray: A Talented Model Discusses Her Fitness Routine, Diet, and Beauty Secrets



American model Tess Annique. She has been featured in magazines like Maxim and Cosmopolitan. Sheldon Souray, a Canadian ice hockey player, is her husband. Annique was the daughter of German immigrants. She was raised in Southern California. Her first language is German.

Annique received a degree from Southern Methodist University, University Park, Texas in fashion media. She also studied nutrition at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. Annique also holds a certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Annique has walked in Miami Swim Week and LAFW. She is also a coach for health.

Namita Nayyar:

You were born in Corona del Mar, Southern California. Southern Methodist University awarded you a degree as a fashion media specialist. Later, you became a professional model. Your modeling career soared to the top, where you are a prominent fashion and glamour model. We want to hear more about your hard work, perseverance, and tenacity.

Tess Annique Souray:

It has been an incredible journey. I began modeling when I was 15. I am proud to have graduated university. I was raised by my parents to understand the importance of education.

Namita Nayyar:

Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. You also received a certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. You can share more details about your educational achievements and how they have impacted your professional and personal lives.

Tess Annique Souray:

After I was sober, I began to study more about health and wellbeing. I was interested in how to achieve peak human performance. A large part of this is nutrition and physical health.

Namita Nayyar:

You are a prominent media personality, model and influencer as well as a brand ambassador. How can you manage such a multi-faceted lifestyle?

Tess Annique Souray:

I love to try on many hats. It can be boring to do the same thing over and over again. I love being independent and having a varied life. There are no two days the same. This is what makes it exciting and fun.

Namita Nayyar:

Which exercises are part of your exercise or training program?

Tess Annique Souray:

Since the past few years, I have been working with a personal coach. Circuit training and weight lifting are great for my body. It has been trial and error to find what works. It works for me. However, everyone is unique.
